PRE-BOOKING CONSULTATIONS

*Each client will get an upfront consultation so we can procure all the details of your event including but not limited to:

-Location, Date & Time

-Capacity or Expected Attendance, and Size of the Performance Space, Hall or Venue

-Budget & Level of Production

-Genre, Aesthetic, and Stage Performance

-Lighting, Sound, and Access to Power

-Load-In & Tear Down Information

-Special Requests

BOOKING & SCOUTING

*After we get all the necessary information our team goes to work on scouting your preferred artist or speaker, making contact with them or their management, explaining the details given in our consultation, and then relaying all information back to our client for approval. If you wish to have multiple artists & speaker options, then that must be disclosed during our consultation.

What happens during the Booking & Scouting phase?

•We negotiate all details and terms with the artists and/or speakers including but not limited to: Contracts, Budget, Fees, Hospitality/ Lodging, Travel, BMI/ASCAP Fees, Insurance Policies, Sound & Production, Band Itinerary, Special Requests, Load-In & Load-Out, Deposit and more. We use this information to help both parties get on the same page before any contract is signed so our buyers can remain in control and know they’re getting exactly what they desire.

TIME TO BOOK!

*At this phase, you have approved the artist(s) or speaker(s) and we’re ready to lock them in!

•We use official booking contracts to lock in your desired artist(s) or speaker(s) that will be electronically signed via email.

•All of the deposit and budget information will be presented on your contract along with artist or speaker expectations.

DAY OF EVENT & POST-EVENT

*It’s the day of the event and the performer just finished their expectations. The rest of the agreed budget will then be sent to SNRGY Productions so SNRGY can manage all taxes and payouts for the artist(s) or speaker(s), and as they say… THAT’S A WRAP!

•We are on call for our bookings during the event and make sure all responsibilities are filled by our artist(s) or speaker(s).
